Come See Excy at Booth 1536
June 28 – 29, Anaheim Convention Center
During the event, we will showcase how personal trainers can work with their clients to help them discover more time and places to safely cycle themselves stronger where they live, work, and play. We will have our XCS 200 series on hand, which turns any chair into a quality recumbent exercise bike, tones and sculpt arms with versatile upper body ergometer positions, and strengthens legs with floor, desk, and step cycling. We will also demonstrate our new XCR 300, which turns any power rack into quality upper body cardio, strength training, range of motion, and core stabilization machines. It also opens up a world of access to train adaptive athletes with easy wheelchair access.

July 13, Lake Sammamish State Park (8-5:00)
“The 2019 City of Issaquah Sports Medicine Combine will highlight the region as the “Hub for Healing”. This free event, being held at Lake Sammamish on July 13, will showcase the latest sports medicine and performance techniques, technology and training to allow 1000+ Attendees to “Reach their Peak”.
In addition to exhibiting, Excy CEO and co-founder Michele Mehl will talk about upper body conditioning. There’s been recent buzz a study showing that push-ups are a good indicator of heart health. Is it push-ups? Or should it really be upper body conditioning? Whether it’s overhead sports like baseball, water polo, tennis, swimming, wrestling or other sports, the strength of our upper body and its connection to trunk strength, balance, and overall health is critical. During this session, we’ll talk about the widely underutilized upper body ergometer, the type of upper body conditioning we are seeing in hospitals for deconditioned patients, to those battling conditions like Parkinson’s, to new moves to consider when helping athletes take their upper body conditioning to the next stage.
