Excy XCR 300
External and Internal Shoulder Shoulder Upper Body Ergometer Exercise
Setup: Place the Excy XCR 300 on a rack with the pedal axis 1 to 2 inches below the shoulder whether performing exercise from a standing or seated position while keeping your elbow at about 90 degrees. Step to the side of the Excy system vs. facing it directly with your feet perpendicular to the pedals to focus on small internal and external half circles and full rotations. Adjust the positioning of your feet to work different angles. Cranking motions can be done sideways in small back and forth rotations or in full circles.
