Lying Down Exercise Bike Ergometer Power Weight Rack and Squat Stand

Setup: Place the Excy XCR 300 on the rack to its lowest setting. Lie down on the floor and pedal forward with the balls of your feet and make sure you have a 25-30 degree bend in your knee (your knee should never be fully extended unless working directly with your physical therapists post a knee injury). If you have too little or too much angle, adjust your body. Move closer or farther away from the rack to change knee flexion. Add bridge exercises to switch muscle groups. Cranking motions can be done forwards, backwards, in small back and forth rotations, as well as isometrically.
