Part of the fun of creating a company is that you get to be the first person to test everything. We’re working on creating several interesting workouts that are easy to do at home, work, and on-the-go. Today I tried a 20 minute fat burner routine we’ve been working on (worked my arms, legs and core). I did this workout in the living room while watching TV and my son was still sleeping. My average BPM was 141. I decided to push it at the end and took my heart rate up to 176. So convenient, fun, and effective. Next up, I’ll share results from a short 10 minute Excy High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout! As a busy mom, HIIT workouts are by far my favorite! Such a good use of time, especially when a busy schedule sidelines your fitness routine.
