Came across this video of a woman doing exercise cycling / bicycle crunches alongside her dog as part of her home fitness routine. Made me think of my two dogs and how they’ve managed to become part of the Excy home fitness beta process. Might just have to make them part of our Excy videos when we’re ready to show our portable exercise machine and how it makes it easy to fit fitness in at home, work our on-the-go. But, I’m sure they would prefer videos of them playing fetch!
