Quick Excy Spin Bicep Workout With No Weights!
There are so many different ways to use Excy as Upper Body Ergometer (UBE) to hand cycle for amazing upper body exercises, so of course we wouldn’t leave a bicep workout out of the mix during the 7-day 10-minute Excy Upper Body Workout Challenge.
At Excy, we are constantly trying to mix things up so that exercises stay fun, while also being effective with quick bouts of cardio and strength training. In today’s upper body workout, we followed the 10-minute Arm Blast workout in the Excy Mobile coaching application. The intervals are set to one minute of moderate exercise and one minute of vigorous exercise. During the moderate exercise, you simply set the resistance range high enough to tone and get your heart rate up. While in the red zone, you crank the resistance higher to really focus bicep strength training. In both bicep workout positions, it’s about keeping those arm muscles contracted the whole time with Excy’s active resistance range through the entire rotation.
If you solely want to work on range of motion, make the resistance range super easy. If you want to push yourself, work on being at the top of your resistance range to challenge yourself during the biceps exercises.
