Best Upper Body Workout: No Weights. No Gym. No Lines.

This morning we did a quick upper body cardio and strength training circuit with Excy! We explored Excy on the floor as an upper body ergometer. We got Excy in the rowing position on the floor to workout our core and back, then incorporated a nice hip flexor stretch while also cycling our arms for a total body workout. Of course, we couldn’t leave out the functional training move of standing over Excy and cranking up the resistance to workout our quads, shoulders, core, and back muscles. Finally, we finished off today’s upper body cardio and strength training circuit with a plank. Below is the live stream, as well as tips from physical therapists on how to properly position yourself. Always check with a doctor before starting a new exercise routine!
