Starting an exercise program can be a big task, even for a healthy person. It can be even harder for those with a chronic illness. But research has shown that exercise is not only safe and possible during cancer treatment and with other conditions like Parkinson’s disease and MS, it can improve how well you function physically and your quality of life. We are doing everything we can to advance home fitness and home physical therapy cycling experiences for those battling limited mobility due to injury, disability, or chronic health conditions. Part of that includes showing you everything that is possible with your Excy portable full body exercise bike by supporting you with digital content on social media, on your phone, on YouTube, or on this website. We’ll do whatever we can, wherever we can, to help keep you inspired and motivated to not let Excy become just another piece of exercise equipment that is collecting dust! Don’t forget to download the app (iOS and Android)! See the October Awareness Challenge Playlist on YouTube and make sure to support the American Cancer Society and its fight for Breast Cancer Awareness.
