Welcome to the Excy Fall Fitness HIIT Challenge! We are excited to have you with us for the next four weeks!

Each week you’ll have six workouts that will rotate between spinning, cycling, and cranking your legs or arms with one rest day. Workouts will be 20 minutes and will focus on high intensity interval training. But remember—this HIIT challenge is all about you! Adjust the resistance and calendar as you see fit and based on your ability. Also, if a position is too hard, explore other positions that you enjoy.
