Welcome to Day 9 of the Live Excy 30-30-30 Challenge,

We’ll keep focused on our high intensity interval training format of 30 seconds at high intensity intervals and 30 seconds at a lower intensity interval for 20 minutes, but other than that, it will be a surprise. The live workouts will be available anytime on the Excy Live YouTube Channel. This will be our first workout using Facebook Live so we might need to work out a few kinks!
Last week we showed you how to do a bridge while laying on the floor with Excy to really put a focus on your glutes. Well today, we’re going to show you a different angle for great glutes while also engaging your legs and core. In this position, your hips will hang just over the edge of the couch with your feet on Excy for a great ride. Drive your hips up as high as possible and keep your core engaged at all times for the best possible workout. Focus on pulling the pedal toward the couch vs. pushing away.
