Small exercise bike, but full-fledged capabilities to kickoff the New Year!

We jumped right into showing you the power of your purchase, whether you are new to the Excy Family or have been around since our Kickstarter days! We hope you enjoyed it so far and that you tune in weekly at 6:00 a.m. PT via Facebook to do the workouts with us! For the month of January, we will use the Excy Mobile Coaching application to guide our workouts and then spice things up with 3-5 minute intense bursts at the end of each routine. If you’ve been watching, you can see how challenging it can be, but there’s so much research supporting the health benefits of interval training and we are big fans as you can see if you’ve been following along. You absolutely don’t have to do intervals, but we do invite you to give it a try (consult your doctor first). All we ask is that you set a goal to meet the CDC’s minimum requirement for exercise to battle preventable disease.

Excy might be a small exercise bike, but it packs a mighty punch for cardio, strength training, and home physical therapy! We hope you are having as much fun as we are in getting healthier through the power of movement! Remember, motion is lotion.
